How we buy
Oud is bought by the nose before the scale. We open the box, we smell, and we turn down more than we take. A grade we would not burn in our own homes does not reach the branch.
How we sell
Nothing is packed out of sight. You ask for a grade by name, it is opened in front of you, weighed on the scale while you stand there, and wrapped while you wait. You know what you are buying because you watched it happen.
Why people come back
Most of our customers have bought from us before, or were sent by someone in their family who has. In the oud trade reputation is not built on advertising. It is built on the grade you hand a customer who cannot yet tell the difference.
